"Remember to say thank you!" by Laura Trice https://www.ted.com/talks/laura_trice_suggests_we_all_say_thank_you
Laura's main argument in this talk is that everyone expects you to appreciate them or thank them for what they do.
The speaker brings up the feeling of ethos by saying, that she would want to thank or praise someone but when she is near them she just stops herself. she also brings in the feeling of pathos by saying she feels shy and embarrassed because she could not ask it or let it out and she wonders if this only happens to her, to be honest this has also happened to me.
This is a very inspiring speech . she also gives evidence by saying " his father died without saying that he was proud of his son but he told that to everyone else and this should not happen because the son wanted to hear that. She says don't feel shy about asking people to appreciate you, so you ask for things you need and i learnt that people expect too hear you appreciate them, and i got evidence from one of the comments saying this " sometimes we forget how happy we can make people around us, how happy can we be by just being kind, Lets start today."
Laura suggests us to get feedback and this helps us become more self aware.
